Repair services and support are the backbone of maintaining your water care system; we have replacement parts, and experts skilled in repairing your water care systems.
SALT DELIVERY
At your convenience, we will schedule salt delivery to your home, fill your salt keeper, and adjust the time if necessary. We offer premium grade Hardi-Cube® compacted salt by Diamond Crystal.
INSTALLATION
Lautner WaterCare provides a variety of installation services for our various Water Conditioning and Filtration products. When you choose Lautner WaterCare to install a new unit or to replace an existing one, you can expect the following:
- On-site water sample analysis to determine to correct softener type and size. Choosing the correct softener will save money on salt replacement, save water on unnecessary regenerations as well as save wear-and-tear on the softener itself. While on-site, our technician will also ask questions to determine your water usage and discuss the location of the conditioner.
- One of our WaterCare technicians will meet with you to discuss your sample results and provide you an estimate. You may choose to purchase the conditioner outright or take advantage of our rental program that allows you to apply rental payments toward a future purchase.
- Our technician will arrive at your home or business promptly to install your conditioner.
- All water conditioning units come with 300 lbs. of Diamond Crystal® Hardi-Cube water softener salt.
- All WaterCare water conditioners come with a minimum five-year warranty on parts and a one-year labor guarantee.

SERVICE & REPAIR
Lautner WaterCare provides a variety of repair services for all Water Conditioning and Filtration products. When you choose Lautner Watercare to service your existing Water Conditioner, you can expect the following:
- On-site water sample analysis to determine to verify the correct softener sizing and settings. Having the correct softener will save money on salt replacement, save water on unnecessary regenerations as well as save wear-and-tear on the softener itself. While on-site, our technician will also ask questions to determine your water usage and discuss any variances in the current softener programming.
- Our technician will arrive at your home or business promptly to diagnose the issue with your conditioner and to effect repairs.
- If the conditioner requires repairs and we do not have the necessary parts on hand, our technician will order the correct parts to successfully place the conditioner back into service.
- Upon completion of repairs, our technician will meet with you prior to their departure, or if you’re unavailable, they leave a hang tag describing services provided.
- All Lautner Watercare parts come with a five-year warranty.
